Our Story
Roseto began with a belief that work can restore dignity and that small gestures can carry real meaning.
We are a recovery-friendly social enterprise based in New Jersey. We make candles in small batches and hire through an Open Hire model, removing traditional barriers to employment and offering people a fair opportunity to rebuild with stability and purpose.
The work is steady. The process is thoughtful. Every candle is poured with care, labeled by hand, and paired with a handwritten note because we understand that many of the moments our customers are navigating are not simple ones. They are transitions. Recoveries. Fresh starts. Quiet struggles.
